    After a year of heightened activism, I can see slackness creeping into some organisations. Box-ticking is chugging along nicely. New diverse stock images, more exotic advertisements, tweaked corporate communications, and monitoring initiatives are in full swing. Back slapping has kicked in after getting away with a knee-jerk token response.

    But this isn’t meaningful change. The blinkers are going back up. People are tired of being called out or reminded of failure. We need to push through and continue the struggle…
